Multimin 90 should be administered to cattle by SQ or IM injection. The recommended dosage is 1 ml per 100 lbs body weight for calves up to 1 year of age; 1 ml per 150 lbs for cattle 1-2 years of age; and 1 ml per 200 lbs for cattle over 2 years of age. Bo-Se is recommended for the prevention and treatment of white muscle disease (Selenium-Tocopherol Deficiency) syndrome in calves, lambs, and ewes, and as an aid in the prevention and treatment of Selenium-Tocopherol Deficiency in sows and weanling pigs. A supplemental nutritive source of vitamin B12 for cattle, horses, sheep, swine, dogs, and cats. Suggested dosage for cattle, horses, sheep, and swine is 1 to 2 ml; dogs and cats is 0.25 to 0.50 ml. Administer IM or SQ. Suggested dosage may be repeated at 1 to 2 week intervals, as indicated by condition and response.
Mu-Se is recommended for the prevention and treatment of STD syndrome (Selenium-Tocopherol Deficiency) in weanling calves and breeding beef cattle. Each ml of Mu-Se contains the equivalent to 5 mg selenium and 50 mg (68 USP units) vitamin E. Mu-Se is administered by SQ or IM injection. Give weanling calves 1 ml per 200 lbs body weight. Give breeding beef cows 1 ml per 200 lbs body weight during the middle third of pregnancy, and 30 days before calving. Selenium and vitamin E.
Cal-Dex CMPK Injection is used as an aid in the treatment of hypocalcemia (parturient paresis, milk fever), hypomagnesemia (grass tetany), and other conditions associated with calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium deficiencies in cattle. Cal-Dex CMPK Injection contains calcium, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium in a dextrose solution. The usual dose in cattle is 500 ml per 800-1000 pounds of body weight, given by IV. Calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium.
Vitamin K1 Injection is indicated in coagulation disorders when caused by vitamin K deficiency or interference with vitamin K activity; to counter hypoprothrombinemia induced by ingestion of anticoagulant rodenticides; or to counter hypoprothrombinemia caused by consumption of bishydroxycoumarin found in spoiled and moldy sweet clover. Vitamin K1 Injection contains 10 mg phytonadione per ml. The dosage range for cattle, calves, horses, swine, sheep and goats is 0.5 - 2.5 mg/kg SQ or IM. Liver 7 Injection is used for treatment and prevention of deficiencies of B vitamins in horses, cattle, sheep, swine, dogs and cats. Liver 7 Injection contains 10 mg crude liver extract, 100 mcg cyanocobalamin, 10 mg thiamine HCl, 2 mg riboflavin, 10 mg pyridoxine HCl, 10 mg niacinamide and 10 mg d-panthenol per ml. Give horses, cattle, sheep and swine 1 - 2 ml per 100 lbs. body weight by IV or IM injection. Give dogs and cats 0.1 - 0.2 ml per 10 lbs. body weight by IV or IM injection.
Catosal Injectable Solution is a source of vitamin B12 and phosphorus for prevention or treatment of deficiencies of these nutrients in cattle, swine, horses and poultry. Catosal Injectable Solution is 10% Butaphosphan+Cyanocobalamin. Each ml of Catosal contains 100 mg Butaphosphan and 0.5 mg Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). Butaphosphan provides 17.3 mg of phosphorus in 1 ml solution. Catosal Injectable Solution is recommended for SQ, IM or IV administration in cattle, calves, horses, swine and piglets.
