Mometamax Otic Suspension is used for the treatment of canine otitis externa in dogs caused by susceptible strains of yeast and bacteria. Mometamax Otic Suspension has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal activity. Each gram of Mometamax Otic Suspension contains gentamicin sulfate, USP equivalent to 3 mg gentamicin base; mometasone furoate monohydrate equivalent to 1 mg mometasone; and 10 mg clotrimazole, USP in a mineral oil-based system containing a plasticized hydrocarbon gel. The external ear canal should be thoroughly cleaned and dried before treatment.
Posatek Otic Suspension is used for the treatment of canine otitis externa in dogs caused by susceptible strains of yeast and bacteria. Posatex Otic Suspension has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antifungal activity. Each gram of Posatex Otic Suspension contains 10 mg of orbifloxacin, mometasone furoate monohydrate equivalent to 1 mg mometasone furoate and 1 mg of posaconazole, in a mineral oil based system containing a plasticized hydrocarbon gel. For dogs weighing less than 30 lbs., instill 4 drops of Posatex Otic Suspension once daily into the ear canal. For dogs weighing 30 lbs. or more, instill 8 drops once daily into the ear canal. Therapy should continue for 7 consecutive days. Orbifloxacin, mometasone furoate and posaconazole.
Dermalone Ointment is useful in the treatment of acute and chronic otitis, in interdigital cysts in cats and dogs, and in anal gland infections in dogs. Dermalone Ointment is also indicated in the management of dermatologic disorders characterized by inflammation and dry or exudative dermatitis, particularly those caused, complicated, or threatened by bacterial or yeast infections. It is also of value in eczematous dermatitis, contact dermatitis, and seborrheic dermatitis; and as an adjunct in the treatment of dermatitis due to parasitic infestation. Each ml of Dermalone Ointment contains 100,000 units nystatin, 2.5 mg neomycin sulfate equivalent to neomycin base, 2500 mg thiostrepton, and 1 mg triamcinolone acetonide in a non-irritating polyethylene and mineral oil base. Frequency of administration is dependent on the severity of the condition. For mild inflammations, application may range from once daily to once a week; for severe conditions Dermalone Ointment may be applied as often as two to three times daily, if necessary. EasOtic Otic Suspension is indicated for the treatment of canine otitis externa associated with certain strains of yeast and bacteria. Contains 1.1 mg hydrocortisone aceponate, 15.1 mg miconazole nitrate, and 1.5 mg gentamicin sulfate per ml of suspension. EasOtic provides anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antibacterial properties. Apply a single 1 ml pump of suspension into affected external ear canal once daily for 5 days. Soft applicator cannula and unique pump delivery system for easy, no-mess administration. Hydrocortisone aceponate, miconazole nitrate, and gentamicin sulfate.
Tri-Otic Ointment for Dogs is used for the treatment of acute and chronic otitis externa (ear infection) in dogs associated with yeast and/or susceptible bacteria. Tri-Otic contains gentamicin, betamethasone, and clotrimazole. Each gram of Tri-Otic contains gentamicin sulfate, USP equivalent to 3 mg gentamicin base; betamethasone valerate, USP equivalent to 1 mg betamethasone; and 10 mg clotrimazole, USP in a mineral oil-based system containing a plasticized hydrocarbon gel. The external ear canal should be thoroughly cleaned and dried before treatment.
Tresaderm aids in the treatment of certain bacterial, mycotic and inflammatory skin infections and otitis externa (ear infections) in dogs and cats. Both acute and chronic forms of these conditions respond to treatment with Tresaderm. Each ml of Tresaderm contains 40 mg thiabendazole, 1 mg dexamethasone and 3.2 mg neomycin. Prior to the administration of Tresaderm, remove the ceruminous, purulent or foreign materials from the ear canal, as well as the crust which may be associated with dermatoses affecting other parts of the body. Depending on the severity of the condition, 5 to 15 drops should be instilled in the ear twice daily. In treating dermatoses affecting other than the ear, the surface of the lesions should be well moistened (2 to 4 drops per square inch) with Tresaderm twice daily. The volume required will be dependent upon the size of the lesion. Application of Tresaderm should be limited to a period of not longer than one week. Thiabendazole, dexamethasone and neomycin.
Baytril Otic is indicated as a treatment for canine otitis externa (ear infection) complicated by certain bacterial and fungal organisms. Baytril Otic is an emulsion containing 5 mg enrofloxacin and 10 mg silver sulfadiazine per ml. Baytril Otic Drops are administered into the outer ear. As a general guide, dogs weighing 35 lbs. or less are given 5-10 drops per treatment; dogs over 35 lbs. are given 10-15 drops per treatment. Following treatment, gently massage the ear to ensure distribution. May be applied twice daily for up to 14 days, or as indicated. Enrofloxacin and silver sulfadiazine.

Each ml of Surolan contains 23 mg miconazole nitrate, 0.5293 mg polymyxin B sulfate and 5 mg prednisolone acetate. The external ear should be thoroughly cleaned and dried before treatment. Instill 5 drops of Surolan twice daily into the ear canal and massage the ear. Therapy with Surolan Otic Suspension should continue for 7 consecutive days. Cameo Otic Ointment is used weekly to control otitis externa in dogs. Helps control chronic malodorous discharge caused by bacteria and yeast, which is often associated with other secondary symptoms, such as redness, pain, and itching. Cameo Otic contains a proprietary blend of natural ingredients. In seven days, kills more than 99% of susceptible strains of yeast and bacteria, including pseudomonas. Unlike antibiotics or steroids, Cameo Otic can be used to manage recurring otitis externa as needed. Ideal for long-term ear health maintenance in susceptible breeds. Single-use 2.5 gram tubes for easy administration. Apply once every 5-7 days, as needed.
Synotic Otic Solution is indicated for the relief of pruritus and inflammation associated with acute and chronic otitis in dogs. Synotic Otic contains 0.1% floucinolone acetonide and 60% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). The recommended dose of Synotic Otic is 4 to 6 drops per ear administered twice daily for a maximum of 14 days. Cerumene Ear Cleansing Liquid helps soften and loosen ear wax accumulation and aids in its removal in dogs and cats. Cerumene contains Squalane 25% in an Isopropyl Myristate-liquid petrolatum base.
