Your farm premise ID number is assigned to the tag number series being shipped to you, and the information is held in the NAIS database. Unique 840 series numbers are printed at the top of each visual ID tag, allowing room for you to write herd information below. Apply with DuFlex Pro-Grip Applicator. Please provide your premise ID number, farm name and complete address when ordering.
