(Novartis Animal Health) Sentinel Flavor Tabs for Dogs are used to prevent heartworm disease, prevent and control flea populations, control adult hookworms, and remove and control adult roundworm and whipworm infections in dogs and puppies. Sentinel Flavor Tabs for Dogs contain milbemycin oxime and lufenuron in a palatable formula given once per month. Sentinel Flavor Tabs for Dogs control flea populations by preventing the development of flea eggs, but do not kill adult fleas. Sentinel Flavor Tabs may be used concurrently with Capstar Tablets which kill adult fleas. Sentinel Flavor Tabs for Dogs are approved for use in dogs and puppies at least 2 lbs and 4 weeks of age. Milbemycin oxime and lufenuron.
