Each two scoops contain 4500 mg cetyl myristoleate, 100 mg hyaluronic acid, 10,000 mg glucosamine HCl, 3,000 mg MSM and 500 mg Ester-C. Free of sugar and fillers. I have tried lots of supplements over the years with no visible results. Every now and then, I try one because somebody recommends it.
