Our backyard horse, Honey, came with "water" on her front right knee. Since putting her back on Next Level for winter, she is walking fast with no limp again for our moonlight night walks. (I work to help afford her Next Level and by the time I get home in autumn and winter, it is dark.) She is way due for her hoof trim next week, but with Next Level, you wouldn't even know that by the way she walks. She is a 20 year old quarter horse who previously did barrel racing which is how she got the problem knee. But with Next Level daily on a maintenance dose, she does so much better than with just MSM alone. I don't know exactly what is in the Next Level that helps her, but it definitely works. I just wish it weren't so expensive so I could give it too her year round. We just bought her Christmas present which is more Next Level to get her through winter. I wish they would make the human form of Next Level again as I used it a few years ago and it really helped me when our previous elderly horse stepped on my foot. Why was it discontinued? Sheba is our 12 year old lab/shepherd mix. She has lyme disease which affects the joints and arthritis. We took her to the vet a a month ago, thinking we would have to put her to sleep. She was alert, but we were having to lift her back end up so she could stand. My husband was having to carry her up & down steps. When she did walk, she could only walk about 2 feet before she had to lay down. The vet put her on prednesone for 2 weeks to try to limber her up. A friend told me to try the Next Level joint fluid. (My vet said it was ok). Within 1 week, we could see a difference. She was less stiff when she moved. At her age, she won't be running any races, but just after a month on Next Level joint fluid, she is so much more active. I have been using the Next Level joint supplement for my 12 year old lab for the past 2 years now and would NEVER try any other. My husband and I noticed a diffence within the first month. My lab jumped from the floor onto my husband's lap(everyone knows lab means "lap") which she had not been able to do for quite awhile before the Next Level. It made a believer out of my skeptical husband and she has been on it everyday since. I work at Tractor Supply Company and a customer turned me on to this product during a conversation about our dogs and the signs of aging. All I know is that this stuff really works and I am always recommending it to my customers and they agree! I also tell them to get it from Valley Vet as it is the most economical way to go I hate to admit it but we sell this product at the store and I still get a better deal here at Valley Vet! I had a mare who was 15 years old and had arthritis in both front knees. My dad and I used to team pen with her, but she started coming home stiff, and then one time she came home limping badly. We thought she had strained something and had her examined and x-rayed as well. The vet found she had rapidly advancing arthritis (she had been examined by the same vet about 6 months earlier and she had no arthritis). We started to give her bute and it helped a little for a week or two. She went from a 3 on the lameness scale to a 2, but bute will give horses tummy issues if it is used too long. We decided to try Next level when our vet said her arthritis was bad enough that she would only be able to walk and jog lightly each day, and would be unridable within a year. We tried it and the difference was amazing! Within a month you couldn't even tell she had arthritis! We started to team pen her again, and the stiffness was completely gone! Over a year later, she was still feeling great and chasing cows. We had a followup exam done on her and our vet was speechless when he saw her moving so well (he was skeptical but not now) . I have a 28 + year old gelding that was my Granddaughter's first barrel horse. I've tried several supplements and, I kid you not, he could eat around the powders, pellets, or whatever I added leaving them in his feed bucket. If I used a liquid he'd simply leave the grain and go to his hay. I bought the 18oz bottle holding little hope that he would eat it espically since it was "cherry flavored". Not only did he eat all of his grain with the Next Level on it, but within about five days he was getting up and down much easier and actually had a spring in his walk. He had been so bad with arrthitis that it was almost impossible to trim his hoves. After only 14 days (as soon as I saw how well it did for him I ordered 2 320z bottles) when his hoves were trimmed, he stood the same as he did ten years ago! I can't tell you how much good this has done him. I'de read testimonials on other products that I tried and none of them worked for him. If you have a "I can eat around anything and leave the medicine" horse, then please try this one. I purchased this product for my Collie who was exhibiting arthritic conditions before it was recommended for canines. She is able to run after rabbits etc., during walks now and her coat benefits as well. Also, I had an 28 yr old mare that was having trouble getting up after her naps in the sun.I was told it was too late. What a difference,I am grateful, you would be amazed and she is relieved. My 4 year old (hyper) dog was recently diagnosed with severe hip displaysia. I couldn't play with here anymore because every time she got excited, it followed with a couple days of her limping around with her head down and in obvious pain. I had been giving her other joint supplements that I concluded did nothing for her, and decided to change to NEXT LEVEL. Within a couple of weeks I noticed the improvement with her increased mobility and reduction of pain. Now, we play and run around most of the day and I have not seen here limp yet. My Tennessee Walker is just turning 24. He was retired at 20 because of arthritis and given to me. I started him on Next Level and he feels like he's 2 again! I know it works because a few months ago I accidentally went too long on reordering and ran out. He started popping and cracking when I would bend his legs to pick his feet up. Major, at 10, was a very rowdy thoroughbred when I adopted him. Although I only "worked" him occasionally, he got plenty of exercise in his home pasture running and playing on the hillsides with my other horses, bucking and kicking profusely in his playfulness. In his late teens, when he started experiencing stiffness in his legs in the mornings, he reacted by becoming less active. I have been using Next Level for approximately 4 years on my Great Dane Dogs. My older male has hip dysplasia and when he turned about 1 year old he was in too much pain to even get up and down the stairs. My breeder recommended Next Level and within a month, he was running and playing again as if he had no problems. My other Dane is a Wobblers Dane and it seemed to help him as well. I use it daily mixed in with their food. I have even shared it with neighbors and relatives and it all helped their dogs as well. Next Level was created for relief in joint pain from connective tissue breakdown. I have used many different forms of joint supplements; esp. for a mare that had somehow thrust a stick up thru her fetlock, tearing thru several tendons, ligaments, flesh. She colic, the pain was so severe. She also had two-month-old foal. The vet was not hopeful that she would ever stand again. Well, she did. I used different glucosamine, sulphates, MSM, etc. All helped to rebuild her, but Next Level was definitely Next Level. Her leg was twisted from how she had to compensate movement over the years. When I used Next Level, she was Galloping! Pain was gone. It definitely not only helped with inflammation, pain, and basic rebuilding; it gave my mare a new life.
