I breed and sell Falabella miniature horses, and I love the liquid Ivermectin. The tubes of wormer are so hard to use, but the liquid is very easy, you can get just the right amount. No more counting the notches.

I was introduced to this product by my Vet years ago. I own a 900 pound mare and a 1300 pound mare. Dosing them was always a hassle with paste wormers b/c I didn't want to under dose the large mare or overdose the small mare. The liquid has worked well. Neither of my horses object to it but they are not difficult to deworm with any product so I can't speak for acceptance in a difficult horse. The cost savings with Eqvalan is wonderful too as I can now deworm upon returning from shows,etc to avoid carrying parasites into my pastures in addition to my regular every 60 days deworming. I do add a twice yearly tapeworm preventative as this product does not treat tapes. Talk to your Vet about the best options in your area and for your horses. The 100 ml bottle doses my horses for right at a year which makes it even more convenient. Is this testimonial helpful?
