Recently purchased a mature quarter horse mare, Dakota. Our vet and Parelli trainer says that this mare has been badly abused in the past. Fine to ride, but to work around she just doesn't trust us. Calm and Cool pellets-less spook, less anxiety

Calm and cool pellets work great on horses with anxiety issues. They seem to help the horse regulate their reactions, so that they may learn that everything isn't going to "get em". I first used this on a horse that spooked at EVERYTHING. I was able to wean him off this product w/in 3 months, because it helped him be calm enough to learn that new objects and sounds were not going to eat him.
