Yes, it works great on my horse's wounds, but my testimonial is for a pet chicken that was attacked twice by dogs.
Both times she was skinned to the point of raw meat showing with chunks of meat bitten out in several places. We thought for sure that she wouldn't make it. I sprayed her with Equine Artistry in the a.m. and doused her with Equine Elite Lotion in the p.m. to keep her wounds from drying out too fast and to keep bacteria out. We were not able to bandage her wounds , just kept her warm and medicated with the Equine Artistry/Elite products.

My mare has developed terrible summer skin issues. Everyone (inclucing the vets) said she had "sweet itch" caused by a reaction to insect bites. However, nothing worked to protect her or heal her. Meanwhile, she was rubbing herself raw.
