I've used these on a very sensitive skinned saddlebred. They work quite well. Don't keep everything off his legs, but help allot -- he's now pestered less than any other horse in the herd. I'm sure they're working because he broke one, and that leg is now getting eaten alive again on that leg.
One band only lasted about 4 weeks before he broke it. The other 3 still seem pretty durable, and may make the 2 months. They are still damp and are still clearly working.

Leg bands kept biting flies off burro's legs, the best his legs have looked in years. Be aware - he was able to pull 2 off initially but I found them and reattached to his legs and he left them on all summer. The velcro worked very well, I will be using them again on him this year.
