My vet originally gave this to me for a hoof abscess and since then I have kept it as a staple in my barn medical kit. Most recently I used this for a nail wound in the hoof. It is so easy to use and there's no mess and clean-up is great. You don't have to get remnants out of the wound with a pick or brush (really critical when the wound is sensitive). Just stick it on the wound or abscess area and a couple of go-arounds with vetrap, you're done. But a word to the wise--don't wait until you need... Read complete testimonial. Oh my gosh.....try this for abscess medication. Draws out the infection quick.....cut to fit the wound or abscess.....or try the one cut out for hooves. Whatever the use...they work!! Is this testimonial helpful?
