(International Nutrition)  Sweet Iron is a moist oral iron supplement with trace minerals for nursing pigs. Highly palatable and helps control anemia. Sprinkle 1/2 to 1-1/2 oz. Sweet Iron on a clean place on the floor or over the starter feed. A small amount can be used to increase starter feed consumption immediately after weaning by mixing 12.5 lbs of Sweet Iron per ton of complete starter feed. Acceptance will be improved if weaned pigs had access to sweet iron while nursing.
