My gelding got a chemical burn from a home remedy I was given that was supposed to clear up fungus problems he was having on his chest, groin, and heels. All his skin and hair sloughed off and left a raw red area that was very painful to him. I have been putting bag balm on him 3 days in a row now and have seen a dramatic improvement. Bag Balm is such a good old stand by I cannot recommend it enough! Is this testimonial helpful?

This balm, ointment, poultice..goo..whatever you want to call it, has been relieving scrapes, bites, burns and sunburns, cuts and infections in my family for generations. We swear by it for not only horse care, but dogs and humans alike. From major sunburns, to wasp stings and skinned knees to heat wraps for boils and infected cuts, this is the stuff for healing and will not leave proud flesh! Do not use on cats, or rodents.
