Give the Puppy Shot Booster for protection against canine distemper, adenovirus type 2 (and hepatitis), parainfluenza, parvovirus, 4 strains of Lepto and coronavirus. For dogs 6 weeks of age or older. Give 1 ml SQ of Duramune Max 5-CvK/4L. Beginning at or about 6 weeks of age, give every 2 to 3 weeks until 12 weeks of age. If primary vaccination is given after 12 weeks of age, give 2 doses, 2-3 weeks apart. Annual revaccination with a single dose of Duramune Max 5-CvK/4L (Puppy Shot Booster) is recommended. Requires mixing. Order syringes separately.
