Broad-spectrum protection – BRD Shield is a modified-live vaccine that provides proven protection against diseases that contribute to Bovine Respiratory Disease (BRD) syndrome, including BVD Type 1 and Type 2, IBR, and PI3 viruses. BRD Shield can be used as an aid in the control of BVD Type 1 and to control shedding of BRSV.

Premier BVD Type 2 protection – BRD Shield includes the antigen for the noncytopathic (NCP) strain of BVD responsible for the most severe disease outbreaks.

Highly effective IBR protection – The IBR component of BRD Shield significantly protects against IBR, as demonstrated by post challenge data comparing respiratory signs between vaccinated and control calves.

Exceptional safety profile – Multi-site field tests show that BRD Shield can be used safely in calves four weeks of age or older.

Improved modified live vaccine – Contains optimum levels of BRSV, PI3 and BVD Type 2. Modified live, requires mixing.
