I love this product! So many other fly sprays we tried had chemicals that made one of my quarter horses sick. But here in the midwest, if you don't use fly spray, the horses are miserable. So she was either miserable from the spray or miserable from the flies. We had found a spray that did not make her sick, but it was oil based and the protection wore off so quickly. I have only used this product once, but that was all it took to convince me. Last evening, a friend and I went riding. She sprayed her horse with another leading fly spray and I used the Equisect. First of all, the smell seemed to offend my horse less than the 'other brand', which is what I was previously using. Second, it's not oily.
