Suggested Use:

Adults take one softgel three times daily with food and at least 8 oz of water. 

For Advanced Usage:

Increase gradually to 3 softgels 3 times daily (9 softgels per day) with food and at least 8 oz of water.  If you are consuming 2 FucoPROTEIN® supplement bars per day, then advanced usage is 2 softgels 3 times daily (6 softgels per day) with food and at least 8 oz. of water. Use with a calorie conscious diet and exercise.

Caution:

Not intended for children. Keep out of reach of children. Do not take if safety seal is broken or missing. As with any dietary supplement, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, anticipate surgery, take medication on a regular basis or are otherwise under medical supervision.

Clinical research indicates that it may take 6 weeks of consecutive use to experience significant thermogenic response.
