The top valve is 18” off of the floor, allowing you to put a bucket under it for filling, and the other one is at the bottom so it can be drained fully with a hose. Comes with 2 nylon straps to secure to wall and 10' hose. 5-year warranty. The Upright Water Caddy Stand (24694) will not fit this product.
