- Saddles in new/resalable condition may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
- Saddles that show very minor use may be accepted back, upon the discretion of Valley Vet Supply, and a minimum $20 cleaning fee will be deducted, in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
- Returned saddles showing significant soil or wear cannot be returned and refund credit will be denied.

I love this saddle. I ride for the fun of it now and didn't need/want an expensive show saddle. I like this saddle because it's light (I was originally an English rider), comfortable and easy to care for. Several times I've gotten caught in the rain and didn't have to worry about the effects on my saddle like my fellow riders and their leather saddles. My husband is getting into horses now and he'll be getting his Wintec saddle this Christmas! Is this testimonial helpful?

I have a regular Wintec Western saddle that I have owned for about 5 years. It is a very nice saddle. I have trail ridden in it often and it is extremely comfortable. It is very easy to care for; quite good looking. I am thinking about buying another one in the wide size! The stirrups that come with it are kind of narrow in width and were not comfortable for me, so I did replace them. This is a really nice saddle and a very nice price. Is this testimonial helpful?
