I don't know how I would have gotten through the abcess ordeal without the easy to use sock. It really did protect my horse's hoof and I never saw it so clean after the treatment was finished. I would reccomend them for every horse owner to keep in their barn incase of emergencies. It held the dressing on just perfect and my horse was so comfortable wearing it. This item is a definite must to have in the barn. I had a horse with a hoof abscess and we needed to keep it clean and dry. You all know how well regular bandages stay on their hooves. They have them off as soon as you turn your back. Not with the horse sock, though! It stays on and keeps their hoof dry and unbelievably clean.
