(Novartis Animal Health)  Use in pregnant swine to protect piglets against disease caused by Bordetella bronchiseptica, E. coli with K99, K88, F41 and 987P pilus antigens, Cl. perfringens Type C, erysipelas, and the toxin of Pasteurella multocida Types A and D. Dosage is 5 ml IM given 5 and 2 weeks prior to farrowing. Piglets from vaccinated dams should be vaccinated with RhiniShield TX4, according to label directions.
