How to give this medication:

If you miss a dose:
Give the missed dose as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and give the regular dose as directed. Do not double dose.

This medication should not be used in animals that are allergic to it. Use with caution in animals suffering from glaucoma, heart disease, prostate enlargement, etc. The medicine, when given with certain other drugs like barbiturates and tranquilizers, might trigger allergic reactions in the animal.
Possible side effects:
Side effects may include drowsiness and lethargy. Less common side effects include excitement, fever, problems urinating, or coma. If you observe any of these side effects, contact your veterinarian as soon as possible.
