It contains a proprietary blend of l-glutamine (a direct energy source for enterocytes), l-arginine (a rate limiting amino acid in wound healing), n-acetyl-d-glucosamine (a structural component of all mucosal surfaces), carnitine (amino acid used in clearing hepatic fat), the pre-biotics Amaferm and yeast (for support of normal GI flora), and salt. It is indicated for diarrhea, including colitis, enterocolitis, foal heat diarrhea, stress or travel induced, rotavirus, salmonella, and more. For use in all ages from newborns to geriatric. This is an incredible product - use this if you are using Bute, any type of product containing boswelia, white willow bark, or anything commonly deemed "hard on the stomach and intestinal tract."
