Saddles in new/resalable condition may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
Saddles that show very minor use may be accepted back, upon the discretion of Valley Vet Supply, and a minimum $20 cleaning fee will be deducted, in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
Returned saddles showing significant soil or wear cannot be returned and refund credit will be denied.
