Studies have shown that as many as 25% of exercising horses can he anhidrotic to some degree. Horses that lose the ability to dissipate body heat through sweat can not only lose valuable energy for performance, but can also develop high heart rates and hyperthermia. Because horses can gradually become anhidrotic, it is important to identify the symptoms as early as possible and implement an effective management program by including Perspirade as part of your daily feeding regimen.

My Tb/cross was overheating last summer. He would sweat on his neck/shoulder but not behind the saddle. I tried many things-chiropractor, acupuncture, bare feet, a1c...This spring I added Perspiraide to the program and have seen an increase in sweat production. However it has not yet gotten very hot here so I will see how it works through the summer. Is this testimonial helpful?

Horses living in Florida frequently experience trouble sweating during our brutal summers. Last summer my Thoroughbred stopped sweating.I tried numerous products with no success. I saw an ad for Perspirade and decided to give it a try. Within two weeks, he started sweating and has not stopped. This summer, one of my ponies starting having trouble. Again, there was a marked change within two weeks. He will remain on this product for the summer. Is this testimonial helpful?
