I had problems in the past with cats using my freshly planted garden as their litter box. I tried the granulated repellents which don't last too long. The moth ball scent was not a smell I wanted greeting my guest at my front door.
Repel Away has a pleasant smell and last a long time. I always plant my new spring garden and then easily spread the gel through out my garden.
