We have a young chocolate lab that really pulls on the leash, she can be distracted and brought back but it isn't a fun walk for either of us. She went to a basic dog training class and the instructor recommended the Halti. It made a huge difference, no more pulling and we are both happy and she graduated with honors.
We can go to the feed and pet store, we can walk along the river and not try to go after the geese. It will be a good thing while teaching her to wait while hunting, too.
