I really love the Hoodia 2X. I simply take 1 capsule about 30 minutes
before meals and by the time I am ready to eat my appetite is greatly
diminished. I simply, wind up eating less food (calories)and find
that I am satisfied with what I have consumed.
The added bonus is that the Hoodia 2X seems to elevate my mood, thus,
