Ingredients
Dead Sea, Epsom, and Himalayan Pink Salts plus Helios Pain Relief Essential Oils: Peppermint, Nutmeg, Lavendar, Clove, Black Pepper, Jojoba Gold. Flower Essences of Oak, Pine, Vervain, Self-heal and Sunflower.

Directions
Add ½ to 1 cup to bath water and soak for 20 minutes. Add 1 to 2 Tbsp to sink/basin, soak hands or feet for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink plenty of water before and after bath.
Raynaud’s & Arthritis relief
Soak hands or feet for 5 minutes in very warm water, once or twice a day for 3 days in sink or basin. Use cool water if hands or feet are hot or swollen.
Additional relief
Apply Helios Pain Relief Spray and massage affected areas, before and after soaking.
