Each gram contains
Actives: Neomycin Sulfate (equivalent to 3.5 mg neomycin base), Polymyxin B sulfate equal to 10,000 polymyxin B units, Bacitracin Zinc equal to 400 bacitracin units, and Hydrocortisone acetate 10 mg (1%);
Inactives: Mineral Oil, White Petrolatum.

Usual Dosage
Apply the ointment in the affected eye every 3 or 4 hours, depending on the severity of the condition.

DO NOT USE IF CAP AND NECKRING ARE NOT INTACT.

Do not touch tube tip to any surface, as this may contaminate the ointment.
