Before being diagnosed with EPI, she had lost 60% of her body weight and was down to 4.9 lbs. She was originally diagnosed with Diabetes, started insulin treatments and began to gain weight but quickly lost it all. After more blood tests, my vet discovered she had EPI and immediately placed her on this supplement. She is a very picky cat when it comes to the taste of her food and I was very concerned she would notice the taste of this powder.
