My horse looked great, no ulcer symptoms, but was always more temperamental trailering away for lessons and shows. I started using this and the difference is amazing in my type A high strung horse. Much calmer and more focused. I use it every time I trailer now. Why wait for an ulcer when you can prevent it and have a happier, more comfortable horse?

My 17 year old Kentucky Mountain gelding started losing weight and looking bad. The vet completed a full range of blood tests. His red blood cells were extremely low. We feared for the worst, such as cancer. My vet recommended UlcerGard just to help eliminate any other possibilities such as ulcers before starting expensive tests. Within 2 weeks, my gelding was looking better and acting great. Since then, I give UlcerGard 1 time a month for 4 days to help with the problem.

I have used this product on my off-track Thoroughbreds and it is excellent. It allows these horses to train, maintain weight and be comfortable because the ulcers heal, not just get covered up as with other products.
