Pro: The horses become accustom to the gun quickly and it works great. You don't have to mess with syringes that stick, the mare deciding you had your change and decides to leave and you were only able to get a parcel dose in. Con: sometimes it will leak from the gun and I put the gun in a container to catch the leaked regumate which I will than dispense via syringe.
