First used it 4 years ago on my QH gelding who was just a nervous fella. Couldn't get him to put on that Show Bloom I needed and he was such a worrier. After about 10 days of Ulc-R-Aid, he was a new horse... Fast-forward to now.... I have a friend with a 13 year old mare who exhibited similar symptoms, along with having a reputation of being "spooky". Her coat was rough, she wouldn't clean up her feed, and she was just a worried horse. I suggested she try Ulc-R-Aid . . . WOW -- she's happier, eating good, her shiny coat testifies to good health, and she is so much more calm. Definitely the most "bang for your buck" when it comes to ulcer-related treatment -- but most of all, IT WORKS!!!

May not be magic but it sure has worked for us.

About two years ago, my 12 year old gelding started having mild colic episodes. I called the vet out on several occasions over the course of 6-8 months and finally they concluded that he must have ulcers. Though we didn't actually do a scoping, we started him on a treatment of gastro-gard over several weeks and then changed to using Ranitadine for long term treatment. Over the following year, the episodes were better but we still had a couple even though he was still on the ranitadine. One day while talking to a friend, she asked if I had thought about the affects of using ranitadine long term since it shuts down the glands that produce the acids which help with digestion. I hadn't really thought about it but it started to occur to me that the supplemnets I had been spending hundreds of dollars on, might not be getting broken down and absorbed properly if he didn't have balance in his digestive system. I decided to look for an alternative and came upon Ulc-R-Aid. My gelding has been on it for almost 6 months with no incident of gas or colic. I also noticed his manure looks much healthier, his coat is now shinny and his feet are finally showing a better growth. I Love the Ulc-R-Aid and I'm so glad I don't have to keep him on a prescription medication anymore!!

WOW! I love the results I got from this product

What an awesome product! I love it. It's easy to feed and produced great results. My mare developed EGUS after moving from a busy boarding environment to a quite country setting with just her and my other mare. The problem seemed to be more a lighting issue. It was too dark for her. After treating her with GastroGaurd as recommended by my vet I switched to this product (also recommended by my vet). I was a bit worried as I saw many reviews saying that horses wouldn't eat it. I had no problem. Added a little oil to the grain and then the powder so it stuck to the pellets and she gobbles it right up. She has been symptom free and is calmer at night. Thank you for a great product!
