Posted By: J in Alaska (PALMER, AK) Feb 16, 2013 We have had this saddle for two years now and it is the most comfortable Western saddle I have EVER ridden in. Its fairly light, but very sturdy, and its made of smooth, supple, top quality leather. I love that its so simple and easy to clean. It fits my horse perfectly, like a glove. It even held up when my 17hh Belgian draft tripped and fell taking us both down. After I spilled out of the saddle when we hit the ground, he continued to roll over on his back when trying to work up the momentum to stand up again. It withstood my 1600lb horse's weight, didn't break the tree or damage the saddle in any way. I have not had any problems with this saddle, I would gladly buy another one, and highly recommend it to others I'm sure it helps that its a product of Martin Saddlery :-)
