Turtle Snap $10.95 Turtle Snap Worked Posted By: Chanate (MONTPELIER, VA) Nov 24, 2012 We had our horses on a picket line, one decided to scratch his ear and got his foot stuck on the lead line, he fell down and was struggling. the snap actually broke rather than released but the horse only ended up with a minor rope burn. the lady camped across from us whose horse did the same thing ended up with such severe damage she could not ride the rest of the trip. her horse was very lame, ours was basically fine.
