Really works Posted By: LLBrown62 (CHOCTAW, OK) Jul 29, 2011 This no doubt has aided my horse during endurance riding and gives her the attitude to carry on. I have given it to my riding companion's horse when she started to act off after riding in high heat and humidity. It really did help when nothing else seemed to make a difference. It is vet recommended and really does work. My horse doesn't care for the taste but I add it to her beet pulp carrot slurry and she gets it down. I have tasted it and it is VERY salty.

MCKEIGHAN (MARIPOSA, CA) Aug 30, 2010 The Lyte Now electrolyte paste works quickly like they say & apparently it tastes okay, the horses don't seem to mind it. I have had to use this on my own horses when they were starting to tie-up & both times we were able to stop it before it got bad. Other times I have loaned this to people on the trail and they were able to get their horse back to the trailer & to the vet in time.
