Posted By: RevClaire (Oxnard, CA) Jul 2, 2005 My little schnauzer needs daily medications and does not like them put down her throat daily. I crush the pills and then wet my hand, squeeze a little bit of Nutri-Stat (or Nutri-Cal) and put the powder inside. She loves the taste and doesn't mind at all. I have 3 Schnauzers and another one just had surgery and I gave her Nutri-Stat when she came home it worked very well!! Great post-op not to overwhelm the digestive system after surgery. You do not want to give medications on an empty stomach! (NutriCal also good for little pups that are anemic and deworming!) Great stuff! Rev Claire Stokes of Burbank, CA
