Great Product - Helping my dairy goat
Posted By: KristenSanFran (LOS ALTOS, CA) Aug 6, 2011
We have an Oberhasli doe that has had a case of long term mastitis. We got her from a rescue, and her udder was really inflamed when we got her. We could not milk her out on the infected teat, and finally was able to express the milk by using a canulus. The teat would scab over every time until we started using these teat dilators. We finally had the infection diagnosed and are using the right antibiotic to clear it up. And these teat dilators are helping to prevent further injury to the teat while it heals.
We called the company to make sure we could use these for our dairy goat (these are made for dairy cows) and the company called us right back to assure us that we could. Since there were not any testimonials for this product, I wanted to post this one to let every one know about this product.
