Great for older cats!

My cat is 18 with chronic renal failure. To say her appetite is poor is an understatement. Some days she won't eat or drink at all, but she will drink this. She loves it. In fact, she lets me know when I've run out! The only problem is that it's expensive and the cans are messy. What I have found that works is to buy the Breastfeeding storage bags (they hold 4 oz. and are marked with measurements). You can buy them easily on the internet or at places where breastfeeding supplies are sold. I put 2-4 oz in the bag, tie off, date, and store in the freezer. It keeps longer. When you need it, put the bag in a cup of hot water (only takes a few minutes) and feed. Don't put it in the microwave-it gets hotspots and can burn your cat just like baby formula! This method is a lot easier than trying to just use the cans. I feed this to my cat twice a day, sometimes more on a bad day when she's not eating at all. It seems to be keeping her going despite her age and health problems. I definitely recommend it!
