It is extremely noisey and quickly became an "outdoor" toy. He is pretty rough on toys. The first time I let him play with the Boingo ball unsupervised, he busted the plastic ball out of the inside. But that left an even better toy for him. Then we could play tug of war and it was much easier to throw. The rubber is tough but won't knock their teeth out if you play catch with it. The rubber finally split into two half balls that he still plays with. I am buying him another because he enjoyed it so much.
