Fly Boots...Love 'Em

I have used other fly boots and most of them don't last half of the summer, let alone the whole summer. The stays work well, they don't rub, and the blue ice looks fantastic on my chestnut mare. I just hope these will last for years.

After my daughter's show pony stomped off his shoes for the second time right before a show, I knew I had to find a way to keep the flies off his legs. I am a researcher. No, really, I have a college degree in research, so it is in my blood to thoroughly research equine products. I have always been impressed with the Kensington products. When I discovered Kensington made a fly boot, I ordered a pair. These boots are the next best thing to sliced bread. The stomping stopped and the boots stay in place with no rubbing. They are easy to clean in the washer. The only downside to these boots is if you have a horse that can un-velcro the boots. This product is worth every penny! Kara Hoefer, Blue Steel Quarter Horses

These fly boots work. They stay up and in place. The fleece prevent rubbing bare spots.

They've lasted two summers and are still going

Often washed. They hold up quite well. The ones I had before did not even last 1 season. These are now going on their 3rd season. They're pretty expensive-but worth it for my horses protection, as both are allergic and highly bothered by flies.
