How to shop

You can find the items you'd like to order by browsing the categories found within each catalog or by using the "Search" box located at the top of each page. When using the search function, you can enter a product name, catalog item number, or keyword. Click "Go" and it will take  you to the item or to a list of probable matches.

Simply enter the item numbers you find in your catalog and click "GO" We'll do the rest! Check it out @Quick Form.

The product information pages will contain the data that is pertinent to the product, such as price, color/size, weight (if applicable), and catalog item number. You may view the color and/or size options for a product by using the scroll bar to the right side of the box. Scroll to the correct size, hi-lite it, and click. After entering the quantity desired, you are ready to place the item in the shopping cart.

Certain items in our catalog are customizable. For those items, click the "ADD" button to bring up a pop-up window with the available options.You may then go through the options and select your preferences. You may cancel and start over at any time. When you are finished, click "ADD" to finalize your custom product. You may view the custom instructions at any time from within the Shopping Cart screen.

Most non-vaccine items in our catalogs are shipped free within the 48 contiguous United States. There are a few heavier and/or oversized items which will carry a freight charge. If the item has a weight listed under the heading "Freight" on the Product Information Page, there will be a separate shipping charge for that size of that item. All freight weights on one order are added together to figure shipping. Your shipping will be calculated in the shopping cart. You can read more about this by visiting our shipping page.

Now that you've selected a quantity and color/size choice for a product, you're ready to proceed to the next step, adding the item to the shopping cart. By clicking the "add to cart" button, the selected product will be placed into the online shopping cart. You will then see the item listed with the other items previously selected. A running total for the order is always displayed in the right-hand side of the page under the heading "Quick Total." To view all of the details about the products you are ordering, including shipping and availability, click the "View Cart" button under the Quick Total heading or in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

You may check out at any point during the shopping process. From within the shopping cart you can click the "Checkout" button, or you can select the "Checkout" button located under the Quick Total heading at any time. This will take you to the billing information page.

For your convenience, Valley Vet Supply offers separate billing and shipping addresses. If a separate shipping address is required, select the radio button at the bottom of the billing information page. We ship by UPS and USPS, so a physical address is needed.

After you've entered the billing and shipping information, you'll be presented with a list of the shipping options available.  After choosing the shipping method that suits your needs and clicking "Next", you'll be taken to the order verification screen.  Here you will see all of the items on your order, as well as any applicable shipping charges.

After reviewing your order for accuracy and clicking the "Next" button, you'll be taken to our payment selection screen and secure credit card submission page. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express directly on our website, or we accept payment by Paypal. After entering the credit card number and your name as it appears on the card and entering the expiration date, you're ready to click the "Finish" button and submit your order to Valley Vet Supply.

Upon submitting your order, you'll be taken to the order confirmation page. On this page you'll find your order confirmation number and a button that will allow you to print out your order receipt. Once Valley Vet Supply has received and processed your order, you'll receive an order tracking number via email. Supplying us with this number will facilitate tracking of your order should the need arise.

Valley Vet Supply accepts fax, phone-in and mail-in orders. Just fill out our order form and use the address, phone, or fax number listed at the top of the order form. Click on the "Order Form" link below to download or print a copy of the order form.
