Ordering Animal Prescriptions

Valley Vet Pharmacist

Thank you for choosing Valley Vet Supply Pharmacy for your animal prescriptions. You can have peace of mind knowing that the well-being and safety of your animals - and providing an excellent customer experience - remain our top priority.

Before processing an order containing a prescription item, we will need a prescription on file from your veterinarian. We can receive a prescription from your veterinarian through four convenient methods.

1. By Valley Vet Supply Pharmacy contacting your veterinarian:

When placing your order, provide us with your veterinarian's phone and/or fax number, allowing us to request prescription authorization. Your prescription order will be placed on hold for up to 14 days, pending authorization from your veterinarian. In the meantime, all other non-prescription items within the order will ship; prescription items will hold and ship together. You will receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

2. By fax from your veterinarian:

Your veterinarian can complete this prescription fax form (PDF), then fax the prescription from their office to our pharmacy at 1-800-531-2390. If your veterinarian faxes your prescription before your order has been placed, we will keep it on file awaiting your order.

3. By phone from your veterinarian:

Request that your veterinarian call in your prescription to us at 1-800-898-8026 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. After-hours voicemail service is also available.

4. By mail:

You can mail the original written prescription to:

Valley Vet Pharmacy
PO Box 504
Marysville, KS 66508

Photo copies of written prescriptions will not be accepted; only original written prescriptions may be provided.

Contact Valley Vet Supply Pharmacy:

Our licensed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are available to assist at 1-800-898-8026 or service@valleyvet.com from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. Add Convenience and Enjoy Savings with Auto-Ship:

Prescriptions are refillable, if indicated, for one year from the date on which they were written. After that time, your veterinarian will need to authorize a new prescription. When refilling your prescriptions, you may enroll medications into our Auto-Ship program for added convenience and 5% savings on thousands of prescriptions and supplements. Find out more about our Auto-Ship program and learn about our trusted pharmacy at veterinarian-founded, veterinarian-owned, Valley Vet Supply.
