Pirsue Sterile Solution is indicated for the treatment of clinical and subclinical mastitis in lactating dairy cattle associated with Staphylococcus species such as Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus species such as Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalactiae, and Streptococcus uberis. Each 10 ml tube of Pirsue contains the equivalent to 50 mg prilimycin hydrochloride. Infuse one tube into each affected quarter. Repeat treatment after 24 hours. Predef 2X is a potent corticosteroid. It is indicated in certain situations requiring glucocorticoid, anti-inflammatory, and/or supportive effect in cattle, swine, and horses. May be used in the treatment of bovine ketosis, musculoskeletal conditions, allergic reactions, milk fever, infections, shock, dystocia, retained placenta, inflammatory ocular conditions, and other conditions. Cal-Dex CMPK Injection is used as an aid in the treatment of hypocalcemia (parturient paresis, milk fever), hypomagnesemia (grass tetany), and other conditions associated with calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium deficiencies in cattle. Cal-Dex CMPK Injection contains calcium, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium in a dextrose solution. The usual dose in cattle is 500 ml per 800-1000 pounds of body weight, given by IV. Quartermaster Dry Cow is for intramammary use to reduce the frequency of existing infection and to prevent new infections with Staphylococcus aureus in dry cows. Quartermaster contains penicillin and dihydrostreptomycin in a peanut oil base. Each 10 ml tube of Quartermaster contains 1,000,000 units of procaine penicillin G micronized, and 1 gram of dihydrostreptomycin base, as dihydrostreptomycin sulfate. PolyMast Hetacillin Potassium Intramammary Infusion is an antibiotic mastitis treatment for lactating dairy cows. Each 10 ml syringe contains hetacillin potassium equivalent to 62.5 mg ampicillin.
