Womens Kiltie Style Horseshoe combines the rugged good looks of a lace-up roper boot with the high-tech comfort of a premium athletic shoe. HorseShoes combine the features of a traditional western boot with the comfort and support of an athletic shoe. HorseShoes by Roper incorporate a steel shank in the sole for support, a 9/16" heel and a patented spur ridge that keeps traditional western spurs in perfect position. All HorseShoes come with a Soft Support Inner Sole with molded foam supports at the ball, toe and heel and a removable EVA padding liner.

      I love these boots! I have worn out four different styles of them over the years. They last a very long time! The leather wore out before the soles did. I couldn't find them at any of my local western stores and was very happy to find them again! They have great ankle support. Love these boots!

      These shoes were a great purchase! Valley vet supply always has the best deals! Roper horseshoes always last! And I am very hard on shoes due to harsh conditions( mud,rain, snow,ect.) doing chores around the farm.

      I have EEE width feet and these are the only shoes I can wear without a LOT of breaking in. I ride/work/teach/train in them. The ONLY thing that could make these the BEST shoes EVER would be to have the tongue closed so the sand doesn't get into my socks. They used to be closed but they've been changed and I keep hoping someone will see this and fix it! Then I'll give them 5*. I get a new pair every 6 months, I wear them all day, every day so they really can take a beating.

      Love this boot! I did have to size up. I usually wear an 8 and had to send them back and get an 8.5. Lots of toe room, a good, safe boot for around horses/barn, resists water well. I have a very narrow foot (AAA), but I was able to lace these up and they are super comfy!! Can work all day in them! Great price, too!

      I love the Kiltie Horseshoe style boot. I have had surgery on both feet and have trouble finding boots that I can wear. I need a lace up boot. I have had 2 pair of light colored boots over the years and they are stylish, very comfortable and very durable. I chose the darker brown this time and they are not quiet as stylish as the others because of fewer designs on them but they are still very comfortable. I will positively buy more in the future but I thing I will stick with the lighter color.

      I have super wide feet (EEE) and an extremely high arch. These shoes are the only riding shoe I can buy off the rack. If your feet are more average, like my daughter's, you can add the included liner to make it fit more snugly. The only thing keeping these from 5 stars is that they keep changing the tongue and the shoe laces. I want a closed tongue so the sand doesn't get in the shoe and laces that don't wear out before the shoe does. Also speed laces should be on all of the models.

      I have worn the kitties for 10 years. I hsve bad knees and can only wear a pair of shoes 3 months. I get at least 6 months or better with the kilties

      I really like the look of the boot. They are somewhat stiff in the beginning. My only other comment would be is that they seem to run just slightly smaller than my other size 9 boots.

      I have been wearing them for years, each year I purchase a new pair for good and take last year's pair for barn chores and I always get at least 3 good years of wear out of them. I purchased them for my daughter-in-law for Christmas and she IS as in LOVE w/hers as I am in mine. I wear my day in and day out. My chiropractor loves the good foot support, they are a quality product all the way.

      I love my new Roper Kiltie Horseshoe Boots but I really wish Roper would make boots in wide (not everyone in the world is a B width)! I have had RA for 30+ yrs. and one foot has severe hammertoes which requires me to buy a size 7 when in fact my feet are size 5. I have also had to have the one professionally stretched by my physical therapist (multiple times) who also makes me special orthotics & I am only able to wear the boots every other day due to the pain in my pinkie toe. Please, please talk them into making a wide width as well as a B. Ladies am I the only one????? The more of us there are the better chance they will make a wide width.......

      I used to buy these shoes all the time and somehow got off them for a while.  I started buying other shoes just for a change, but for the most part they were all not real comfortable.  I finally ordered a new pair of Roper Kilties again and it has been just wonderful having them on my feet again.  I put them on and wore them all day with absolutely no break in time and my feet felt just as good as when I put them on.  I love them and sure hope they keep making them the same, they are so comfortable and supportive to my feet.  I work outside and do a LOT of walking.  They also hold up really well and look good for a long time.  I definitely would recommend these to friends, and already have!  Buy them, you will be hooked too.

      I got my first pair of these to wear while doing ground work and/or chores around the horses - and they started looking like it. Since they are so comfy I wanted a second pair to keep nice and wear in town. I do not ride in these b/c they are not slick bottomed. But, for doing chores or ground work? They are extremely comfortable and can't be beat.
