- Gentocin Durafilm Ophthalmic Solution is used to treat external eye infections and inflammation in dogs. Gentocin Durafilm contains 3 mg gentamicin sulfate and 1 mg betamethasone per ml. Instill 1 or 2 drops of solution into the affected eye 3 to 4 times a day. Gentamicin sulfate and betamethasone.
