Polebending is for those looking to focus on exercise that encourages responsivness and agility. A set of six bases and six poles are ideal for practice or competition and are easily set up and taken down. Bases are hollow and are intended to be filled with sand for proper weighting. The poles are threaded so when they are screwed together there is no worry of them coming apart while you are in action. Poles are 1 1/2" x 72".
