      How do I send the "Gift Card" directly to the recipient?
      During the check out process you will be asked for a "bill to" address and a "ship to" address. Place the recipients shipping information into the "ship to" option. Note: If you want the card sent to yourself, please use your own "ship to" address.

      What do I do if I want the "Gift Card" to ship separate from my order?
      If ordering other items as well as a gift card that requires a different "shipping" address, a separate order will need to be created. This will allow you to fill in the proper shipping address during the check out process as explained above. Note: Handling charges do not apply to gift card orders.

      I bought a gift card for someone for Christmas, after checking several times and confirming the gift card would be sent via email. Unfortunately, the gift card was sent by USPS, and even that did not arrive as promised by the tracking. I wanted an email delivered gift card, was promised one, and Valley Vet failed to do so.

      We've happily used Valley Vet for years and years but this is the first time we've purchased a gift card. My son wanted to buy his sister one for Christmas since she is chronically horse-poor.  When it came, it was a nice folder filled with the card, a nice letter, and several recent catalogs.
