Topical Pain Reliever


Equi-Block® is highly effective when used as directed, specifically formulated to manage pain resulting from serious injury through the recovery process as well as in the treatment of debilitating pain or arthritic conditions.  Original Equi-Block® is a safe effective and easy to apply pain relieving gel.


Active Ingredient:  Capsaicin  .025% Purpose:         Topical analgesic


Inactive Ingredients: Purified water, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract,

Carbomer,  Polysorbate 20, Triethanolamine,  Propul Gallate, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Proplyparaben, Fragrance.


Uses: ? for temporary relief of minor aches and pains in joints, tendons, muscles, and ligaments, or due to over exertion, injury or arthritis pain or related conditions.


Directions:  ? apply an even amount to the area of lameness 1 to 3 times daily ? circle entire joint, stifle, fetlock, or hock ? trim hair only if necessary ? wear disposable gloves or wash hands thoroughly after each application.


Other information: ? where swelling is excessive, use this product in conjunction with our Equi-Block® Leg Tightener and Liniment without a wrap ? trainers should apply Equi-Block® to the legs one hour before a workout to dilate blood vessels and reduce pain from over exertion ? use lesser amounts with first application ? color variation may occur due to the natural pigmentations of peppers.


Warnings: ? for external use on animals only ? not for human use.


Do not use: ? in conjunction with wrapping or sweating ? under saddle gear.


When using this product ? avoid contact with eyes, mucus membranes, open wounds, cuts, abrasions, and sensitive areas ? rinse eyes with cool water if irritated.


Stop use and ask veterinarian ? if excessive irritation occurs ? if condition worsens ? if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and re-occur within a few days.


Keep out of reach of children ? if swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center immediately.
